Working & Getting Paid

  1. How do I get assigned to games?

    • We use Arbiter Sports, an online scheduling system where you can set your availability, view open games, and accept your assignments. This makes it easy to build a schedule that works for you.

  2. How much can I expect to be paid?

    • We offer competitive game fees that are based on the sport, level of play, and length of the contest. Our officials are paid on a regular and reliable schedule.  For more information on our payment process, please click this link.

  3. Do I need to buy my own uniform and equipment?

    • Yes, officials are responsible for their own gear. For a full breakdown of what you'll need, check out our Uniform & Equipment Guide. For first-time officials, we strongly recommend visiting Daves Sports Shop in Maple Grove. Their staff is great at helping you get the right fit for essential gear like masks, chest protectors, pants, shirts and shoes, which is crucial for safety and comfort.
