




Payment Process
Hammer Sports strives to pay their officials on a timely basis. Heidi will invoice schools/leagues every Sunday evening for the previous week’s games (Monday-Sunday). Thus, the first day of the weekly pay period is Monday, the last day is the following Sunday. She pays officials by Sunday evening (midnight). Please do not ask for it early or exactly what time, it will vary each week depending on her work schedule. Thanks! 😊

​You have three options to get paid (debit card, ACH or mailed check). Please review the detailed info below on payment process and choose only ONE option. If you are new to Hammer Sports, Heidi will reach out to you when she is ready to pay you for your first games and ask which option you prefer, no need to tell her early). If you are already receiving payments, you do not have to share your option again UNLESS you change accounts or payment methods.
1) Debit Card (instant) - if you have a debit card, when Heidi process funds to you, you get a text saying to accept funds from our bank, United Community, and enter your debit card number (safe, protected), once you do, funds go right to your account, the majority of officials use this method, only need to enter your debit card once and then future payments automatically go to your account (unless you change debit cards, then let Heidi know)​
***IMPORTANT – you are responsible to enter your correct Debit Card info (we cannot see it or enter it for you). Once payment has been processed and leaves our account, it will go to whatever card number you entered. If you mess up and it goes somewhere else, we will not pay you again for it so please double check what numbers you enter before accepting payment.​
2) - Checking account/ACH (need to send your account and routing number to Heidi by text, email or mail voided check) - takes 2-3 days to receive funds into your checking account once funds are processed​***If you are not comfortable sharing your banking info, you will have to choose debit card (in which you enter it) or mailed check option. We do not share your info. Heidi enters it into our bank system and will only be used when processing your payment.
3) Mail Hard Check (Bill Pay), takes approximately 7-10 days from when funds processed (will use mailing address that is listed on Arbiter profile).
***We do NOT use Arbiter Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or any other payment options EXCEPT the three choices above that our bank offers.
